We have made some changes to our appoitment booking system for Doctors - this will make more appointments available to book ahead. We feel this will respond to patient needs better than the existing system. There will however be fewer appointments available to book on the day.
EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS
We are trialing some early appoitments on 14 March to respond to requests from patients who work in London. If you need to see a doctor and would like to be seen early please let our receptionist know.

Please inform the surgery about your caring responsibilities.
TELEHONE ACCESS FOR PATIENTS
If there are urgent medical issues that you need to discuss by telephone with a nurse, a GP, or the health care assistant, please contact the surgery between 10AM and 11.30AM Monday-Friday 01279-813200.

We would ask that patients limit these calls to essential issues only. Our experienced receptionists are able to deal with the majority of enquiries and will allways refer to a health care professional when necessary.

BABY IMMUNISATIONS
All parents are reminded that when your baby or child needs to have it's immunisation, the parents will need to be present or give written permission for their child to receive an immunisation.
